What does your excercise routine look like?

Started hitting the gym again this week. Just doing the stronglifts program and am currently weak as all hell

I don't get out very often so I try to work out at least once a day with a generally simple routine where I try to go beyond my limit on push ups and do light exercises on top of that. Though I try to keep this up pretty often I have been slacking as of late since I've been a bit busy and haven't quite found the time to exercise everyday so its been more like 3 - 4 times a week.
60 push ups is my limit atm, I do 2 sets of those
20 squats, 3 sets
15 abdominal, 3 sets of 3 different exercises respectively
On the weekends I go to the city to meet close friend of mine and we take some pretty long walks around the area, like around 5 - 6 hours depending how we feel, which I use as an excuse not to go on runs.

so I've been slacking these last few weeks but i thought i would post my progress from when i was exercising consistently.
blue = pushups
orange = leg raises
grey = squats
not super impressive stuff but looking back and seeing your progress makes it far easier to continue the habit.

two birds with one stone my friends:
worked a hard labor job for a few years once I got out of the loony bin to get my body and mind straightened out
(jury is still out on my mind...)
nothing like getting paid to work out; you'll never pay for a gym membership again in your life!

Props to the men and women being paid to work out and keep our infrastructure only nominally crumbling! It depends on what kind of work you do. i live at the bottom of a hill
i found out recently that from my front door to the sidewalk crossing at the top of that hill is exactly 1 mile
so ive started jogging up that hill to supplement my other exercise
run up 1 mile
walk down 1 mile
murder on my shins though lmao
