Don't mind me just posting the most savage takedown of a whole movie genre ever.

Hey what's up Gahoole? Yeah I watched the Castle in keeping with the film club. Those are fun threads
Hey not much bro just hanging out, good to hear people are liking the film club, gives us something to do most weeks besides just get upset about zach and capeshit.
film club and ripping on zach (and being disturbed by GF poster) has kept me sane through many a passage of primal darkness. TV sucks but /tv is a rare delight 8-)
It's the simple things in life that get you through the hard times. Simple things like a man pretending to date a roach and having over 1000 photos of said roach gf

I used to use "City, Comma State" as a location for my burner emails for a long time.

Also can I get in on this film club?
Not sure if crosslinking is okay but we run the nominations over here https://8ch.net/tv/res/1851272.html and then chose a random film from them for each week.
The Films we chose and upcoming categories are here

The creator of The Exorcist made a movie about insane Vietnam Veterans and going to the moon. His name isn't well remembered now but William Peter Blatty is definitely a man worth looking closely at.

Society (1989) is one of the last true 80's schlockfests and a fun watch all around. The ending is really something special.
