Most of my exercise consists of riding trails on the weekends, but when the weather sucks, I'll do some indoor stuff. I have a 30 lb. kettlebell that I squat with, curl, and do tricep lifts behind the head, anywhere from 25-50 reps each. I also try to get in at least 75 situps, and I'll do pushups if I feel extra motivated, but I fucking hate pushups.

This Routine 3-5 Days a week
One hour of cardio (usually just jogging around condo, high knees, fast feet, some jumping, but always at least jogging in place during rest)
100 push ups
1,000 reps upper body w 20 pound weights
500 ab exercises
100 squats w 20 pound weights
I'm still building up to doing this all in one day, but right now I do the cardio and push ups/abs or the cardio and 1,000 reps w 20 pounds in alternation.
I also recently set a goal of jogging 1,000 miles. I'm at mile 915 now and have lost 50 pounds in the last 9 months (really fat and out of shape when I started).
Still have 20% body fat and am about 15 lbs overweight but feel a lot better and gained another inch or so on my cock!
The boyfriend is pleased...
