I've eaten one very small meal a day for months due to my drinking, I have "fasted" for too long, I want my appetite back.

My longest fast that I can remember was about 4 days. It gets easier after the first 48 hours, after that it's the boredom more than anything. I'll start, day 1

Yeah it will make you feel like a million bucks. I'm not on it strictly but whenever I eat carnivore I get these slight euphoric feedback signals from my body. Definite game changer.

I am breaking formation 12 hours early. My grandmother's chili calls to me.

I am going to be pursuing three goals moving forward with my nutrition:
1. More meat.
2. Eating breakfast every day, as opposed to never (eggs, fruit, wheat bread, butter, meat).
3. Take more time chewing my food.

3 days complete. Eating is much more enjoyable when it's truly been 'earned. The interesting thing when you stop eating food is the time dilation. Time literally stops running by as fast and you enter slow time mode. Very useful thing to experience :ugeek: Will post when I do another.
