Sun Ra. But Sanders is actually the better musician of the two imho, Sun Ra just had a cooler look haha.

Yeah, I completely agree. The only album by Sun Ra I really like is Lanquidity, desu.
I actually haven't read any of his poems, I didn't know he wrote any. Post sample?

I like this version because it's got David Sandborn on alto sax who you might recognize if you're as deep into the smooth jazz game as I am haha. Nice crossover between 70s free jazz and 90s smooth jazz goin on here.
Oh yeah should've mentioned that posting in this thread is a binding contract and we're now in a pact haha.

Day 34. Sitting in the full lotus position, I can levitate about two inches off the ground for six seconds. My eyes are bloodshot afterwards and my nuts ache and quiver, but it's getting easier and easier.
