The moe program, although firmly set in the second dimension, is one of those old institutions that reach outward to the third. The tragedy of the third's heretofore insufficiency is daunting. And yet, the great examples still stand to stem the tide. This thread is for those cuties, innocent and round-cheeked; those ones that fulfill the deeper program.
