let us enjoy the foundation of cinema and quiet our minds with some of the greatest movies ever made
George Bancroft was a real man with real screen presence, Josef von Sternberg was a genius

King of the comedy stunt Buster Keaton was such a great actor that his face carried the story as much as his physical prowess

Lon Chaney man of a thousand faces, nuff said

The dancing Pig, just a great costume

some crazy pizza gate shit in the magician

Haxan is all kinds of creepy and looks great remastered

I would be remiss not to include Faust and Metropolis and The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari

Aelita is a great Russian Sci-Fi movie and this version has a super chill soundtrack

Cabiria has a Carthaginian Strong man busting up a bunch of Moloch worshiping assholes,

Intolerance is truly an epic by famed racist D.W. Griffith, its also three hours long but worth it is set design alone

Charlie Chaplin really deserves a thread of his own
