I work out as many times a week as I can manage. Minimum 2, maximum 4.

I alternate muscle group days.
Start with a dynamic 5 minute warm up.
Usually work in 2 sets of 5 minutes of planking (rotating and doing it front and sides, as well as doing crunches and supermen to get a more even workout)

Then it's a rotating:
Leg day -> Chest day -> Arm day -> Back day
3 sets of 12 for different weight training exercises

End that with a 10 minute static stretching cool down, and immediately drink some protein.

Built my own home gym off of craigslist and FB market.
I call it Mandom.
The walls are covered with posters of St. Charles of Bronson. Praise be his name and peace be upon him.

It's not much, but it makes me happy.

it's my goal to go to the gym 4 times a week, but i usually do 3 at most
if i go any less than 2 my back starts to feel all those hours hunched over a computer, which is really the big motivator for doing this at all

warmup of 10 minutes on stairs steadily increasing level
i alternate daily sets between focusing on my back/legs and chest/shoulders. 4-5 different exercises, 3 sets each.
cooldown of 10 minutes on elliptical set to auto hill mode

im supposed to be hiking on the weekends now but haven't been able to go out since march. shit sucks.

SL5x5, then on rest days sometimes I'll do some lighter calisthenic stuff. Zero cardio, because I'm a dumb shithead who doesn't know any better. Someday I plan to get a gym membership so I can get on one of those human-sized ratwheels

I mean, when they say life is like a rat race, they don't mean it literally...
