Really this is just an excuse for me to show everyone Sentimental Corp, a website where a man films himself with multiple personalities and makes conspiracy ramblings along to footage from The Sims 2, but just post weird, spooky, or interesting websites. http://sentimentalcorp.org

George Soros going into a coffin naked and then getting back out with a huge boner saying he forgot something is one of the funniest things I've seen online.

Youtube can get pretty spooky for me. Have you guys seen the nasajim108 videos
I'm such a wimp with this video. When I pulled it up i paused it on the first second so I could quickly copy the link and go back a page as to not get. I felt like a child, running to my bed as fast as I could after turning the lights off. I'm definitely going to check out sentimental corp. I just clicked that link to the website but when the video started I decided I'd check it out while the sun shines. What's this naked vampire soros talk? sounds awesome.
I don't remember why those videos got taken down along with the channel, but lots of people have mirrored them on youtube and elsewhere. Sometimes projects die as suddenly as they appear, but yes, I agree. NobodyTM is amazing just by how incredibly effective those videos are at conveying unease or distress, alone. the timely message they convey is just icing on the cake. I'd love to see follow-up videos are even just more of the same with current footage.
a very interesting website that may be of historical interest to some of the people here is: http://www.atomcentral.com/
website that seeks to archive as much real footage of actual atomic testing as possible, and the imagery is beyond anything any movie or game has ever been able to convey to me. truly chilling stuff that has made that famous Oppenheimer quote quite understandable...

This isn't necessarily spooky but I didn't think it warranted its own thread.
"Heat. This is what cities mean to me. You get off the train and walk out of the station and you are hit with the full blast. The heat of air, traffic and people. The heat of food and sex. The heat of tall buildings. The heat that flows out of the subways and tunnels. It's always fifteen degrees hotter in the cities. Heat rises from the sidewalks and falls from the poisoned sky. The buses breathe heat. Heat emanates from crowds of shoppers and office workers, the entire infrastructure is based on heat, desperately uses up heat, breeds more heat. The eventual heat death of the universe that scientists love to talk about is already well underway and you can feel it happening all around you in any large or medium-sized city. Heat and wetness."
-edit just realized this was Nick Land's project. I thought he was just featured on it. Still a cool site, love me some Nick Land.
