I'm more worried about the alcohol withdraw than anything lol.

I'm in, and I'll end the fast at noon on Saturday, 4 May 2019.

Fasting is not a pro-ana diet, as fasting has proven short and long-term health benefits. Eating a quarter of a calorie a day and vomiting in the toilet does not. Either way, you have my support in your quest. Are you doing a dry fast or a water fast?

I am drinking water with my fast.

I am doing the fast to feel pain from something other than the normal sources of daily pain, that way I can feel something new.

Coffee can speed up ketosis, but keep in mind its a diuretic so watch those electrolytes. Shouldn't be a problem on a short fast though but if you feel bad get some salt in :)

The 2nd missed meal is the worst part of the fast. Your body is trained to expect food and hasn't realized it isn't going to get any yet. Wish I hadn't been on such a carb heavy diet before this.

Lacroix on the porch and playing some banjo should do me just fine.
