Dexter's Lab - Rude Removal (Fan uncensor I believe)
If I remember correctly the lore on Rude Removal is that it was produced for internal distribution inside CN only.

Columbia made more than a few Krazy Kat cartoons, but only Lil' Anjil from 1929 actually used Herriman's original designs:
not exactly obscure, but by the same token here's the animated version of St. James Infirmary by Cab Calloway from the old Fleischer Betty Boop cartoons:

Amazing neverending stream of perfectly timed gags. An adaption of the sunday comic strip 'Count Screwloose' directed by the author, Milt Gross. There were two shorts but the property didn't catch on as a moving picture. Unfortunately the aspect ratio is all messed up here but it's still worth it because there are gags aplenty. Gross also wrote gags for Charlie Chaplin.

Oh man I love Interface, the way the guy animates is absurdly unique. I almost want to say he's a pioneer.
O, Canada used to come on late night Cartoon Network back in the day after Space Ghost. It was a show that collected animations from the NFBC and aired them in compilations. Selected for you now is my favorite of the lot, The Family That Dwelt Apart, originally published in the New Yorker in the 30s written by E.B. White, of Charlotte's Web fame. It's a wonderful parable about the dangers of helping when help is not needed.
