MOVIES
What movies do you like? What have you watched recently? What genres do you prefer? Do you partake in the act of watching foreign films?

Allow me to present the Commander USA version of William Shatner's Kingdom of the Spiders, with commercial breaks from 1990:
EDIT: I put in an extension so you should be able to just drop in video URLs and tweets and shit and they'll automatically embed

Re: MOVIES
Watching The Scarlet Pimpernel right now. Great little 1930s adventure movie and the costuming is off the chain.
And on the subject of the 18th century I recently watched this televised adaption of Mozart's Cosí Fan Tutte, which has some truly inspired scenography. Imaginative and fanciful yet straying far from pretentious regietheater. Hit CC for subs. Also conducted by the great Karl Böhm!
If nothing else listen to the overture and the opening aria (La Mia Dorabella). Mozart in top form during his mature period. Contains important red/black pills about female hypergamy

red spectacles japan movie (google query)
Re: MOVIES
Barry Lyndon (1975)is a masterpiece, as is Viscontis The Leopard (1963). My personal favourite is Waterloo (1970).
Re: MOVIES
Elephant (2003) has always been excellent to me, even if it might be ultimately pointless.
Re: MOVIES
I think 'always been excellent to me, even if it might be ultimately pointless' is a phrase someone's parents might use to describe their child
