I stopped thinking so much about all of this, and it's been almost a week for me at this point.

I have been occupying my time during the day as much as possible, and I have been getting a lot of sleep this week. I'm asleep before 8pm some days, and other days I can't sleep until well after midnight. So the sleep issues I have had since 2012 are still there, but I'm trying.

I am trying to be more positive about women too.

I think I'm going to stop trying to keep count of days, and just focus on feeling better and being too exhausted to feed an addictive habit.
